NAC PROGRAM POLICY
Clinic & League Refund Policy:
In order to provide the best possible instruction and supervision, and a low player to coach ratio, we staff our programs based on the number of players registered.

1. NO REFUNDS issued within 7 days prior to the first day of clinic or camp
2. If you need to cancel before the class starts, you will be issued a refund MINUS 15%. Otherwise, a Full Credit can be applied on account.
Note: NAC credits on account are only valid one calendar year. If not used, they will expire, no exceptions. Credits are
non-transferable.
NO CREDITS will be issued for missed clinic dates. In the occurrence of an injury or illness, a credit will be granted for the remainder of the session. (Injuries/Illnesses MUST be reported and confirmed with a doctor's note before the credit can be approved by the GM.)
Northeast Athletic Center reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any schedule at any time. Schedule changes are made by the better judgment of the NAC Management Team which means to grant a credit or refund from the week of change onward.

Admin Fee: All refunds are subject to a 15% Administration Fee.
Snow Days/Natural Disaster Policy:
Northeast Athletic Center reserves the right to cancel scheduled programming at any time in cases of inclement weather, natural diaster, or other "Acts of God" which may prohibit the Northeast Athletic Center facility and staff to operate in safe conditions. There are no refunds for programming missed due to NAC closing.

Session Launch & Consolidation of Classes Policy:
Northeast Athletic Center provides several different dates and times of the same clinic/program in hopes of accommodating all of our NAC members. The week prior to the beginning of each session, NAC reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel offered clinics to ensure we are providing top quality programs and the best experience possible for our participants. If the consolidation of classes offered throughout the week/weekend do not work for our members, NAC will issue a credit to their account. In the event that a member cannot make the new time
schedule, NAC may issue a refund to the member. Approval must be granted by NA management for a refund.
Rental Refund policy:
Any cancellations made prior to 10 days in advance of the first date of permitted use, the client will be refunded 50% of their deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of first permitted activity start date will forfeit the deposit for the activity date in question.

Past Due Balance policy:
In the event there is any past due balance on your account, you will be subject to a 1.5% fee for each 30 days overdue, 18% APR or by the limit under state law.
